Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays. Any orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped two business days from the date of order. Once orders are submitted they cannot be modified.
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number to track your package and its expected date of delivery.
Tracking information is sent out to the email address provided on checkout. The tracking number and link is only sent out once an order has been shipped. You can also view your order's status and tracking information from your Account Dashboard. To view the dashboard please log in then click on "My Orders" from there you will be able to see the status of your order.
