Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays. Any orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped two business days from the date of order. Once orders are submitted they cannot be modified.

 

Order Confirmation and Tracking Packages

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number to track your package and its expected date of delivery.

 

30 Day No Hassle Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused portion of the product within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping).  Please return merchandise packed in its original shipping box.  Only items purchased on evologie.com may be accepted for return or exchange. We will not accept any merchandise purchased from a store.  Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and we will send an e-mail confirmation. 

 

Damaged Goods

If the carrier damages your package during shipment save the box and the merchandise.  Please notify us immediately at customercare@evologie.com, and include your order number for the most expedient service. The carrier will pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged item will be replaced.
